River Floors

Description

River Floors is a thoughtfully crafted, custom-made forestal live edge flooring, which showcases the intricately charming details of timber.

Capturing the unexpected twists and turns of each log, translating them into contours that ebb and flow into each other, the natural shape and texture of wood are accentuated for every floorboard. Each floorboard is one-of-a-kind, which finds its rightful spot on the floor, minimising the trimmings necessary.

Designed as a two-layer parquet, where oak lamella is glued on a Baltic birch plywood substrate, its inherent structural advantages are enhanced, with considerations made for the change in seasons and humidity levels.
